Rude staff and unprofessional..one of the staff gave me wrong information which caused me to lost my parcel which was supposed to be Birthday presents..such a shame ..unreliable..may be they need to get trained first and do professional courses before serving their customers ? ?.On the top of parcel counter often closed....

Excelled themselves this week (5/12/23) ..I was told to go try Farm Road ..their PO counter was closed due to staff shortages. Good advice ..no queues at farm road and the counter guy smiles !
