    Never contacted me about rearranging my package. Never called me. Never even made it to my door and are closed earlier than stated on their bloody website. Useless.

    I have to use this place as a pick up for work you can wait ages for some one to help get your parcel. When I ask for my parcel the lady in the office said it was not here job to get the parcel.
