Went to return the ring in Camberley branch on 13/1/24, two staff made excuse and refused to process the return. They said the ring was scratched, but with their magnifying glass, I couldn't see a single scratch. I only tried on and took off twice at home. Returned the ring to the HQ and got refund straight away. Bad...
