I’ve been here lots of times before for coffee and cake with my daughter, the staff have always been polite. There are new members of staff that are severely lacking in customer service skills. My daughter made a lot of mess as she spilled her milk. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even gave her another milk when saw she was upset about the accident
