Service was excellent, however the food was not fresh! Bakery and cakes were from a couple of days! Disappointed how this costa’s quality is going down!

It was very quiet so the service was quick. The till operator was very friendly.
We sat in the fabric chairs in the window and they were so grubby and dirty that we moved. The table we moved to had food all over the floor.
