Can't believe they are so under staffed that you made to wait outside, no chairs provided for the elderly or people with mobility problems. Waiting for over 30 minutes to get to the front door , I'm not even in the shop yet. There has been at least 8 elderly people stood waiting, it's not acceptable. It needs sorting. Seriously, just stood outside for 30 minutes, then another 15 minutes inside… This is my last time using this pharmacy. Sorry to say this but you need more staff and a much more efficient system. My wife had an identical experience last week… It’s really poor service.

Awful service. I am disabled and they think it is ok to let me stand around on crutched for 5 mins while they finish shelf stacking before serving me. Constantly messing up my prescriptions and my wife's. Losing them once made up as well. Disgusting place best to avoid
