Awful Bank awful service used as only bank in Crowthorne ( they shut it down) so moved to the one in Wokingham ( they shut it down ) so moved to the one in Bracknell ( they are shutting down in May ) so gonna move my oney to another bank !! Awful customer service but heh as long as the big wigs make loads got bailed out... read full comment

Went in today with my son for the second time and saw a lady called Pauline and she was so helpful and kind, if everyone experienced this kind of customer care the world would be a happier place, very rare these days ?
