I ordered an iron to be delivered to the store. After phoning 5 times I was told it was lost! No phone call or e mail and waited 3 weeks to be finally told. Totally unexceptable.

Just want to say how helpful the staff are at this Branch and the young man who is so informative and knowledgeable is amazing. I didn't know they sold printers and I will definitely be purchasing one in your branch. Thank you again for all your help and guidance really appreciate ? it.
