I've bought two pizza swirls in the morning, they were uncooked still cold in the middle chewy terrible( one for me one for my kid) brought them bck to the store and got ignored by the manager .I've left their pizza swirls with the man on the check out hopefully they can enjoy themselves, I've been regular for years but...

My first time in this store for collecting my parcel. The lady on the till and the man working in the store were so rude and unhelpful. They were refused me to collect my parcel unless I have an identity card, although I tried to explain to both of them that by Amazon Hop Locker terms I don't need ID I just need to scan...
