Parking: Parking can be difficult in busy high street

I recently had a very bad experience at the Banstead shop with a barista who was extremely difficult and had a terrible attitude. I’ve contacted Nero’s customer support team several times in the past four weeks and I’ve had zero response. Staff must know there’s no repercussion when being rude to customers.
