Recommend booking in advance, but they were kind enough to find space. A lovely place to relax, staff very helpful and friendly.
Parking: If your going shopping, park at waitrose 2 hours free parking. There 8s side streets but unsure of permits

Disappointing experience last sunday. Ordered 2 cappucinos at the till and waited at least 20 minutes for them sat outside. One eventually arrived and a few minutes later the second one which must have been left on the counter for a while as it was cold. Staff obliged with a new one but by then I almost finished mine.
