Again this morning... queues out of the door with ONE person on the till... who keeps going off to sort out Click and Collect. Absolutely terrible.. what is going on Boots... Just have more STAFF!!

Went in to try and sort a damaged PlayStation gift card. One member of staff was incredibly rude about it. And not helpful at all. Makes me a lot less likely to go to this boots for anything I need.

This is the worst boots! Customer service is appalling and the pharmacy team in particular are lazy, rude and slow, third visit there in the last month and every encounter has left me raging. If you hate your job leave! Don’t let it show to your customers you have a job to do, provide service!!!!
