Awful experience for the flu jab. We had an incompetent nurse, reciting the information without understanding it, who then abandoned us in the 'treatment room' for over fifteen minutes. Gave up and left. Disgusting service

Was told by emergency GP meds would be ready when I got there it took 3 hrs for me to get to pharmacy and they hadn't even started to prepare meds. ... despite 3 staff behind the counter.
