I had some issues with delivery from third party (delayed) and the return process was not straight forward, but overall the company dealt with my stress and concerns around delivery and return very well - replying very quickly and politely. Their products are also lovely.

Poor customer service. Don’t specify a time a sale ends on their website, just a day. However they pull the sale items from their website at any point on that day. Could say “sale ends Sunday” but be pulled at 1am, 5:30am, 2pm…. Not very good for the customer who is shopping on the sale end day and suddenly items... read full comment

Unethical company! I am horrified by their voucher policy and just over all customer service. After reading reviews in the last month I am not surprised.
