Such friendly and helpful people. Even offered to deliver some inflated birthday balloons on a very windy day and gave me their personal mobile number in case I needed help. We're very lucky to have them.

Dehumanising and vile behaviour from both of the employees I interacted with today. I wonder what the motivation was to treat me in such a horrific and morally corrupt manner, especially from the woman.
