Awful, took week and a half to come after saying would come the following day. After providing advice never came back to fix boiler. Just ignored phone calls, was never truthful. Would avoid.

Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed... read full comment
