Absolutely hate having to come here as the service is just so poor. Always very long queues and very little is done by the staff to get them down. No urgency whatsoever. Unfortunately it’s the only post office left in Ashford, so we have no choice whatsoever but to use it. Such a shame as if it was properly managed and... read full comment
