Thought KFC chicken was supposed to be crispy, this is chicken with a flimsy skin that when falls off reveals tasteless chicken...popeyes is so much better and seem to actually care a little bit, never getting KFC again its awful

It's a really poor customer service. When I bought a meal for one and I found only one single tissue and one single ketchup were given.. When I requested, the lady ask me how many you want... They could do better than this...
