Absolutely disgusting service. I phoned to find out when my refund would be sent the advisor spoke to me disgustingly and advised the refund hadn't been processed even though my email confirms they recieved it 1 week ago. constantly spoke over me and wouldn't listen told me. asked to speak to a manager and she hung up.... read full comment

Disgusting service woman is so rude sent out dirty tights and did t want to change them would not spend another pound there. Only wanted them replaced. Service skills is shocking
