Due to a national shortage of my son's medication, I had to search further afield to find a pharmacy with stock left. After calling over 50 pharmacies, I managed to get his medication at this branch. The attitude of some of the pharmacy staff is disgusting. All she seemed to care about is closing for lunch break. They couldn't be bothered was the attitude I got.

I believe they should learn how to handle a computer and look for a prescription properly in order not to send the patient away. Even if I gave her twice the DOB she insisted the NHS no, is nothing like that I have that number written on my face.
