I took a FREEPOST parcel in, they would not give me a (free) proof of posting slip, and said they were doing me a favour by taking a FREEPOST parcel, the other option was to get Royal Mail to collect.

As per other comments the guy running this post office has an attitude problem. He needs to step away as he is killing custom. The lady working here on the other hand is the opposite and runs the post office well.

Took a parcel to be posted at 9 30 on a Saturday morning. Was met with a grumpy and dismissive comment that the post office doesn't open until 10. Pointed out that the notice he was standing right next to said they opened at 9 (says 8 online on Royal Mail website), he gave me a shrug and walked off.
