Been calling since this morning as my prescription was sent to the wrong Tesco pharmacy and no one is picking up the phone. There was an instance the phone was busy when I phoned, after a few second when I called again the phone was ringing but still no one bothered to answer.

I’d love to know why it takes half an hour to fulfil a prescription when we have seen you take the medication out of the cabinet and placed it into a basket.
