Went in and it was completely empty, staff insisted I HAD to use the self service terminal which didn't let me order what I wanted so I walked out. Not sure if this is company policy or just this store but it's stupid. I like the food but customer service in subway is always terrible, no matter which one I seem to go in

Veg is sometimes fresh, sometimes not. They try and force you through the card self serve kiosks now and won’t let you use your subway vouchers. I’ll be going to Weybridge instead

No toilet for customers. Ordered subs on the order posts and asked for extra cheese. Subs came but no extra cheese. Tried to buy two fruit chutes, but not listed on machine. Staff tried to charge me for two Oasis drinks instead. I went to Tesco for them instead. Subway is now too expensive for such poor service.
