The Costa Café in Addlestone and was impressed by its lovely location and the inviting natural light that fills the space. It's a really nice spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate interaction with one of the staff members.
I ask the staff if the internet is working as I need to do some work, they say yes. I then try to log in, but my VPN says the line is not secure and thus I cannot work. I then give the staff feedback, only for them to tell me yes we have been having these issues for weeks and they cant access the internet themselves, but... read full comment
