Just tried to bye a book but only doit yourself tills ?Couldn't get it to work properly so gave up so no sale for shop.Only 1 very lounge assistant a d she didn't ask me if I needed help ??I will never use wh Smith againwould

I have been in to the Woodbridge store a few times over the last few weeks and I am shocked how it has gone down hill, the shop floor looks like a jumble sale and where items have fallen on the floor they have been left over a few days.
