Always good, tasty food & good value for money. Fast service and friendly staff. It is, therefore, a very popular place and usually it is necessary to book a table for lunch. Dog friendly also.

You step back in time when you enter the cafe, like entering a station waiting room in the 1960's, brilliant! My friend had the fruit scone, he is a connoisseur of scones and he said it was fabulous! Managed to capture some sunshine amongst the recent heavy rains. Cafe was busy with people even enjoying their food sitting outside . Lovely atmosphere.
