Attempted to go into this Oxfam twice today, the first time I double checked to see if they were at max capacity or not and when I noted that they weren't I entered the shop, only to be rudely told "Wait outside. We're full". There were only 4 people inside and the sign said they could let 6 customers in. Wrong attitude... read full comment
