Used to be good now Not enough staff and WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE, not as helpful ?

Member of staff lacked customer service skills. There was no basic friendly greeting and the member of staff was irritated when I couldn't hear/understand what they were explaining. They seemed to be perfectly polite to the customer beforeSo they, must have, just not liked the look of me. Broke me a little.

Excellent pharmacy team: kind, efficient, helpful and use their initiative. Night and day compared to another nearby pharmacy...!
