Usually I come here and the service is lovely staff are friendly. I arrived I have two girls with there mouths wide open looking at there phone. They eventually look up I order a drink they don't have that in stock. So I ordered a latte got given a dirty look and told not to be rude. I walked out im not paying for that... read full comment

Ordered 5x cakes as a gift for an office, delivered by Uber Eats.
Turns out, two of the cakes they didn't have, so instead of substituting them for something else, they only sent 3.
No notification that items were not available at the time I ordered, or shortly afterwards where I could have amended the order.
