Good shop to take your bike for assessment or review your lights and car battery. All staff good besides the manager who does the bikes on Saturday morning as he basically turns you away for a simple job. The grey haired bloke and younger staff always helpful and sort things there and then.

Always easy to park. Unlike Braintree. I found what I wanted with no problems and the staff are very friendly.

Now has some selfservice tills, had to wait for assistance due to one of the products but lady dealt with the issue effectively and was very pleasant when doing so.
