Young lady that did the initial tests was pleasant and helpful. Although I had to wait for equipment to turn on and IT to load, surely if there is a 9am appt the equipment should be on in good time. This was my 1st time at the Stowmarket branch, from booking to being taken care of was a 1st class experience. Helpful and patient. Leanne couldn't of done anymore for me.
