Came here to send a letter and I had to wait in a queue for 2-3 minutes (which was expected) and once I was at the front of the queue I could send my parcel! Great service!

We stayed for one night as a leg of a mini-tour of East Anglia. Without doubt this was the highlight. We had a remarkably large suite, the dinner was perfect with more than enough options for both us (one vegan) . Ditto the breakfast.
