Waited on telephone line for 15 minutes with dreamy music but NO customer advisor! Really want to use Nationwide - especially with other High Street banks abandoning customers but PLEASE get people you employ BACK into the WORKPLACE!

Covid regulations adhered to. Masks must be worn. Finding, since the pandemic have to queue a lot longer. I like the service l get at this branch. The staff are very helpful and explain their products very clearly. Although living in Cambridge l always use the Newmarket branch as the journey is quicker and parking easier...
