I have to say I had a vastly different experience in the post office yesterday I walk in and a smiling blonde lady said good afternoon how can I help I had to pick up a parcel which she found she asked me to sign and kinda wince when she asked for I'd which I showed I then asked did they sell carrier bags id forgotten mine...

We are so lucky to still have a real 'old school' dedicated Post Office not some secondary counter shoved up the corner in some unrelated business. Thank you for your service.
