Just wanted to thank the wonderful Kelly who helped me and my mother set up online banking today. You are a credit to Lloyds and the Lowestoft branch, your patience and understanding was customer service at it's finest.

I witnessed the staff handle a rather demanding customer today. They managed the situation really professionally, while apologising to those of us who were queuing and also enquiring whether there was anything they could deal with to help move things on. Very impressed.
