    Fantastic gym. Friendly and fun classes. All members are made to feel welcome whatever your ability. Anita and Rachel have also delivered some online classes for my company which have been really successful. Highly recommended ?

    Absolutely love this gym, not your normal run of the mill gym. Group personal training and fitness classes including Boxercise, HiiT, Shred...
