Used the Click and Collect procedure for a tube of Mortar repair as Ransomes Europark had only 1 in stock. Got a SMS to say my item was ready for collection. However when I got there I was told they couldn't find the item and I had to have a refund. A completely wasted 45 minute round trip.

Been here a couple of times recently as they had stock that the one by Whitehouse Rd did not have. Staff always friendly and efficient, thanks Screwfix!
