While other such public places & community centres in Ipswich have been opening as 'warm banks' & day shelters for the disadvantaged during the coldest months, the Priory Centre just seems to cater to a couple of dozen of clique regulars. Is this type of snobby exclusivity really the ethic of the Salvation Army?
