Driver didn't turn up. My security camers will prove this. But yet, apparently, an attempted delivery was made. Parcelforce, hurry up and go bust because you clearly don't care.One star is too many.

They are unable to deliver item as couldn’t find my property but no way of contacting them to let them know. Automated phone service that sends you on a loop then hangs up on you. They have my number on file but didn’t even bother calling to ask for direction.

Terrible customer service. My partner called to simply find out as to why his parcel is yet to be delivered and the handler we spoke to, Michael, had such a poor attitude.
