Completely waste of time , everything I asked for they passed me to customers service .\\nI even didn’t finish what I asked for and ,they said it can’t be done in a shop .( I wonder what was the purpose of that shop ) .

Broke my screen , decided to upgrade my phone , Mel was amazing ,she took the hassle out of me being stressed and breaking my screen , she got me a great upgrade , transferred all my stuff from my old phone , she was friendly , so helpful , 02 well done , not many like her about now days that go out there way , thankyou... read full comment

Very helpful in arranging and then transferring all my mums numbers to her new phone, nice to be able to get a basic phone still for my mum who's 76
