Just don't order anything to be delivered they is only two of us so not a big order and once again missed my meal off this happened last weekend thought it was a blip obviously not ....tried to find email address to complain but obviously can't find one??? So that speaks a thousand words...will not be using again in anyway

This is the third time no food has shown up when ordering via Just Eat. McDonald's need to take responsibility for this service instead of just saying...ask for a refund via the Just Eat app. Its shocking how McDonald's in Felixstowe are happy to have their customers disappointed and angry at such a poor service. We arrived as a party of five and wondered if we would get in as we hadn't booked a table, we stood at the door waiting to be seated but it transpired that this establishment doesn't have a Maître De and other diners pushed past us to claim a space at one of the Formica tables. Having taken a seat we couldn't see any waiters... read full comment
