Normal maccies gets abit busy and seem to prioritise delivery orders wich bucks but still good

At busy times they appear to be severely understaffed. Last night I ordered 2 items and waited over 50 minutes (click and serve), when I received it both items were Luke warm and soggy. It seems they often get overwhelmed with delivery orders.
