Cashiers desks are roped off like a VIP section. There's been no staff on the cashiers desks, the past 3 times I've been in. "Use the paying in machine", they constantly say, but the machines break every other week. I've lost the odd £20 here & there over the past few years. When the new plastic notes stick together!...

Went in to make an enquiry, watched as at least 3 people were approached and assisted ahead of me. Walked out, disgusted with the staff. Obviously because I didn't look middle class and rich, I wasn't worthy of assistance. Total lack of resoect. I felt insulted.
