I went to Halfords today and the car seat for my daughter I purchased for click and collect wasn't quite fit for my car. I cannot thank Kaz enough for her help today. She helped me to find an alternative seat which was fit for my car and helped me install it and get my daughter in safely! It was also one of the last display...

Nice customer service in the bike pick up point. Defo a easy and nice place to get the new bike. I had no issues and was lovely . No hard sales, was good to get what I needed.

Visited Halfords at Sandlings Retail park and was helped by Kaz this afternoon. Nothing was to much of a problem to her and pointed me to the right locations for some extra bit for my car. Very helpful and courteous, thanks Kaz keep up the great work
