Asked staff member about price match on my phone which was a voucher code. Told show at till and offer would be matched. Got to till and staff member called manager for authorisation who then said no it’s policy not to match voucher offers!! I felt embarrassed so told him I wouldn’t take item then, he just walked off.... read full comment

One of the best go outdoors shops. Very helpful customer service. Matt in particular really helped us out with a new camping setup. Helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks for going the extra mile Matt

I would like to see more for women in the biking clothes range very little for women.....
