Rude - came to use the Hermes parcel thing and the printer had no paper so they just stuck up a “not working” sign, told the guy it just needed more paper and he told me he didn’t know how to use it and go somewhere else

Insanely rude staff that are definitely biased towards certain people. Will not be coming here again.
