I want to say a big thank you to Jessica (if I recall her name correctly) for her outstanding service today. I purchased my little one's first pair of shoes, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. My baby enjoyed her attention. Overall, I’m very happy and pleased with the service.

Went into Clarks to get my son his first pair of shoes. Lady who helped us was very friendly and patient with my son who wasn't making it easy! She listened to what I wanted and provided several options and was happy to answer all my questions. She seemed knowledgeable and made it a really pleasant experience
