Long way out of town no.parking at all and poor reception skills take forever to answer a phone very poor service in some areas

I arrived at the pharmacy at 8.30am to find the shutters down and it was closed. When the practice finally opened I was told that the pharmacist was unavailable and I should wait to receive my prescription. 15mins later I was running late for work and advised the lady that I can pay now. Very happy with Katie today, mum needed to sort out prescriptions & a years subscription, she had the medication made up ready & filled in the form etc, explained everything we needed to know & do for future repeat prescriptionsNothing was too much & she was very polite & happy throughout.
