The service of ParcelShop towards customers is horrible. Bad attitude and the person couldn’t find my parcel; instead of searching for my parcel, she just asked me to leave and no apology at all. Eventually I found my own parcel by insisting her to search it again. Never again, I will use it as my drop point ParcelShop.... read full comment
