Staff are friendly, the bank itself is merciless. Apparently reducing one's overdraft by £1000 means nothing if you then ask for a £20 extension. Branch staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there can be quite a long wait though. My only real issue is the fact they shut at 3pm, why so early?
